By accessing or using iSkuta products, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Product Use
iSkuta electric scooters are designed for urban commuting on paved surfaces. Users must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations. Helmets and protective gear are strongly recommended.
3. Warranty
All iSkuta scooters come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
4. Limitation of Liability
iSkuta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portland, Oregon.
